Financial Assistance Policy
JScreen is a national non-profit offering genetic testing and education. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to subsidize the cost of testing for eligible individuals who meet the financial assistance criteria.
Our Financial Assistance Program offers subsidies for men and women between the ages of 18-45 who are seeking reproductive carrier screening, and men and women 21 years of age and older who are seeking cancer genetic screening, and who also meet one or more of the following criteria:
– Those who are uninsured and are unable to pay the self-pay price for testing.
– Those who have insurance, but whose family incomes meet the following criteria:

– Those who have insurance, a partner who has tested positive for at least one of the diseases on the reproductive carrier screening panel AND who needs financial assistance.
– Other extenuating circumstances to be determined by JScreen’s third-party financial assistance administrator.
